// Architecture
Plumbing, not water.
EigenOS is the integration layer above your compiler, your QEC library, and your vendor SDK. It does not own qubits. It does not invent new modalities. It sits above seven reference layers and makes them interoperable, observable, and auditable.
The 7-layer reference stack
EigenOS operates at every layer boundary .¢â‚¬â€ between L1 intent and L2 circuit, between L3 QEC and L4 decoder, between L5 modality and L6 interconnect, between L7 control and the operator. It is the wiring between the wires.
// Design principles
Six rules we hold ourselves to.
EigenOS doesn't replace Qiskit, Cirq, Stim, or vendor SDKs. It sits above them. Drop it in as one extra integration layer.
Every measurement carries a canonical hash. Every audit cites its inputs. No black boxes, no proprietary magic.
T5.4 Claims Audit is a first-party capability. EigenOS audits other vendors' claims; we also audit our own.
Same circuit, eight backends, one measurement schema. Switch vendors, swap fibers, fuse modalities .¢â‚¬â€ your workload stays the same.
Post-FTQC, hardware consolidates. Interoperability, observability, and claim audit all stay. EigenOS becomes more valuable.
EQL language reference, hardware registry, measurement schema: documented. Adapter code, decoder qualifications, audit verdicts: not free. We charge for engineering, not standards.
// Parent patent
P11 MMQCR .¢â‚¬â€ Multi-Modal Quantum Compilation Runtime
The architecture above is claimed in P11 MMQCR, the parent patent of the 32-patent EigenOS IP family. 11 continuations-in-part extend MMQCR into specific modalities and downstream processes.
