1. Acceptance+
By creating an account or using the BSaaS / T5.4 / QORCH APIs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Acceptable use+
Do not use EigenOS Quantum to attack quantum hardware or attempt side-channel leaks of vendor proprietary calibration data. Do not use it to generate fake audit verdicts. Do not use it to launder money, host malware, or commit fraud.
3. Free tier+
100 shots/day across the 8 vendor adapters. Watermarked results. No SLA. May be paused, throttled, or terminated at any time with 7 days notice.
4. Paid tier+
Pricing is per-shot across vendors, billed monthly via Paddle. Quotas and features listed on /pricing. Cancel anytime, prorated.
5. T5.4 Claims Audit+
T5.4 verdicts are independent technical audits. They are not legal opinions, accounting opinions, or regulatory certifications. You are responsible for how you cite a T5.4 verdict.
6. IP+
Your circuits stay your circuits. We claim no rights over your workload, measurements, or derived data. Our IP (EQL, MMQCR architecture, claims-audit methodology, hardware adapters) is owned by EigenOS Quantum Ltd or its licensors. The EQL compiler ships under MIT.
7. Liability+
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EigenOS Quantum`s aggregate liability is the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We do not cover consequential damages, lost profits, or quantum-decoherence events beyond our control.
8. Jurisdiction+
These terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea (EigenOS Quantum`s principal place of business). Disputes resolved in PNG courts.
9. Changes+
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
