// Manifesto
We are building the plumbing for quantum computing.
Not the water. The plumbing.
EigenOS Quantum exists because the hard part of quantum computing is not the qubit. The hard part is what surrounds it. The cross-vendor compilation. The reproducibility story. The claims audit. The calibration drift at scale. The interoperability between modalities. The decoder qualification. The cost-per-logical-op that decides whether your pilot turns into a product.
The water — the qubits themselves, the gate fidelities, the error rates — is someone else's problem. We respect that. We work with them. We do not compete with them.
We are the pipes between the pipes.
We do not replace your stack.
If you already have a working Qiskit / Cirq / Stim / OpenQASM pipeline, you can drop EigenOS in as one extra integration layer. We do not require a rewrite. We do not demand a new SDK. We sit where the gaps are.
We do not advertise. We audit.
T5.4 Claims Audit exists because the QC industry suffers from a reproducibility crisis. Vendors publish claims. Customers have no independent way to verify. EigenOS audits the claims — including our own. We do not sell what we will not measure.
We charge for engineering, not standards.
EQL is documented. The hardware registry is public. The measurement schema is open. What you pay for is the engineering layer that ties them together — the compilation runtime, the audit pipeline, the integration surface. The standards are free. The plumbing is what we sell.
We are building for post-FTQC.
Fault-tolerant quantum is coming. Hardware will consolidate around 2-3 winners. The SDKs, calibration drift, and audit demands all stay. EigenOS is the layer that gets more valuable, not less, as the field matures.
We are small by design.
One founder. Papua New Guinea. Slow internet, deliberate shipping. We could not out-execute an IBM, an IonQ, or a Google. We do not try. We build the integration layer that none of them have an incentive to build, because none of them own the integration problem.
We ship in public.
Every release on /changelog. Every audit verdict cited. Every decision reversible. The system is honest about its own N-tier. We are not a stealth-mode startup. We are a deliberate, transparent engineering platform.
We are not the holy grail.
We are not going to solve quantum error correction. We are not going to give you logical qubits. We are not going to replace Qiskit, Cirq, Stim, your compiler, your decoder, your vendor SDK. We are going to make all of them work better together. That is enough.
