What we collect
- · Account email - sign-in magic links + audit notifications. Stored in Supabase Auth.
- · API keys you create - encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), shown only once.
- · Circuit source - OpenQASM 3.0 / EQL you submit. Cached 30 days, then deleted.
- · Measurement results - vendor counts, fidelity estimates, normalized schema.
- · Usage telemetry - request volume, latency p50/p95/p99, error rate.
- · Billing - email + last 4 of payment method via Paddle. Card numbers never touch our servers.
What we do NOT collect
- · Third-party tracking pixels or ad networks.
- · Circuit outputs as training data. Your workload stays your workload.
- · Device fingerprinting, browser fingerprinting, canvas-cookie tracking.
- · Social-graph data from any provider.
Your rights
- · Export - all circuits, results, audit verdicts downloadable as JSON.
- · Delete - single-click account + data wipe. Hard-delete within 5 minutes.
- · Rectify - update account email or display name any time.
- · Object - opt out of usage telemetry by emailing privacy@eigenosquantum.com.
