Unit catalog
60+ units across 15 categories: time (ns, ms), frequency (Hz-GHz), energy (meV, eV), temperature (K, mK), power (uW, W), qubit count, gate count, error rates, fidelity, cost (USD/shot), QEC metrics.
Gate set
25-gate catalog: id, x, y, z, h, s, sdg, t, tdg, rx, ry, rz, p, u, u1-u3, cx, cy, cz, ch, swap, iswap, cp, crx, cry, crz, rzz, ccx, cswap. Native T-count + Clifford-count tracking.
Hardware registry
10 platforms: Origin, IBM, IonQ, Google, Rigetti, Quantinuum, AWS Braket, Xanadu, QuEra, Pasqal. Each with median T1/T2/gate-time/2Q-error and native gate set.
Canonical hash
EQL source serializes deterministically and signs with Ed25519. Audit IDs format: eig-t54-{hash}. Citable in papers, grants, procurement.
